Prohive Tech Solutions P. Ltd. is on the 2nd floor of Arjun Complex, which is on Arcot Road in Valsaravkkam. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on the second floor helps us get a bit of a break from the noise of the main road. We do a lot of tech work here, mostly software and digital stuff for different clients. The office is pretty simple—just a bunch of desks, computers, and a small area for us to have lunch. We usually get to work early to avoid the worst of the Arcot Road traffic, which can be a nightmare some days. Most of our day is spent typing away or having short meetings to figure out a problem with a project. We aren’t a massive firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated team trying to do a good job. We don’t go for all the corporate buzzwords you see these days. We just talk like normal people and focus on fixing things or building what our customers asked for. The complex has a few other businesses in it, so there’s always some activity in the hallway. We like the location because there are plenty of places to grab a quick meal nearby. It’s a solid place to work from, and we’ve settled into a good rhythm over the months. We just keep doing our thing and helping out where we can.
