Our place, Prasad Nc Machine Systems, is tucked away in Ayanambakkam, just off the main road that goes from Ambattur to Vanagaram. If you know the Mel Ayanambakkam Road, you've probably passed us plenty of times. We focus on NC machines, which means a lot of hours looking at controls and moving parts. It’s definitely not a quiet job, but we've gotten used to the constant hum of the systems running. Our crew is small and we don't talk much because everyone knows their role. Orders for different types of machine systems come in, and we just work through them one by one. The building is simple, nothing too modern, just enough space for the units and the tools we need to do things right. We've been doing this for a while now. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine is being stubborn and won't calibrate correctly. We don't bother with much advertising. Usually, people find us because they need something specific for their workshop or factory and someone mentioned our name. Working in Ayanambakkam is alright, it’s a bit out of the way but quiet enough to get things done. We mostly just focus on the technical side and try to keep everything running without too much fuss. It's regular work, nothing flashy, just keeping the machines in order and making sure the parts move exactly like they should every single day.
