You can find us over at Ac-22A and Ac-25A in the Sidco Industrial Estate in Thirumudivakkam. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this estate is where all the manufacturing action is these days. Our buildings are pretty standard for this area, just big sheds with high ceilings to keep the heat from getting too trapped. We have different sections for different tasks, and it can get quite loud when everything is running at once. We’ve had to add more lights recently because the back corner was getting a bit dark for the precision work. The staff here are mostly local guys who have been in the trade for a long time. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you usually just walk in and find someone on the floor. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the metal is cut the way it’s supposed to be. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch, and we just order some food and keep going. The rain can be a pain because the roads around the estate get muddy, but we manage. It’s just a regular place where we work hard and try to get the orders out without too much fuss. We like the atmosphere here in Thirumudivakkam because everyone is in the same boat, just trying to make things work.
