Our office is inside the Saptha Giri Apartments. We are located at what used to be Old No: 07, but is now New No: 17, in New Colony 1st, Admabakkam. Chennai can be a confusing place with all the street number changes, but we’ve stayed put through it all. We are in the 600 088 zip code area. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which makes coming to work at Prasad Corporaion Ltd feel a bit more relaxed than being in a high-rise downtown. We have been working out of this apartment for a long time. It’s got enough room for our desks and the files we need to keep. Sometimes the neighbor's kids are playing outside, or you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood waking up in the morning. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. You just come in and we are there. We spend our hours mostly on the phone or on the computer, handling the business side of things. It’s a lot of logistics and numbers. The humidity in Chennai is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We keep the windows open when the breeze is right. We aren't some giant faceless company; we are just people who have been doing this for a while in the same corner of Admabakkam. It’s a steady life and we aren't looking to change much about how we operate or where we are located. It works for us and our small team.
