We are tucked away in Venkateshwara Nagar in Velachery, specifically at Door No 2A on 1st Street. Velachery is one of those parts of Chennai that is always buzzing with activity, so it’s a lively place to be. Pluginsware Interactive is just a small office where we handle all sorts of tech and interactive projects. We don't have a big reception area or a lot of staff in suits. It’s usually just us in t-shirts and jeans, sitting at our computers. The office can get a little crowded with all our gear, but we don't mind. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well, including where to get the best snacks during our afternoon breaks. We don't really go for all that corporate talk about goals and missions. We just have work that needs to be done, and we do it as best as we can. Sometimes the monsoon rains make things a bit tricky in Velachery, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over the years. Our team is small enough that we all help each other out when things get busy. It’s a very casual environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just focus on the projects we have and try to stay on top of everything. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business in this city for the long haul.
