We’re over in Ayanavaram on Palani Andavar Koil Street. Our shop is at number 198/127. It’s a busy street in Chennai, and we’ve been here for a good while now. Most people come to us when their computers are acting up or they need some software set up. We’ve got benches covered in cables and parts, which is how we like it. It means we’re busy. We aren't a big retail chain where everything is shiny and new. We’re more of a hands-on place where we actually fix things ourselves. Sometimes it’s loud with the sound of fans and people talking, but that’s just the way it goes. We know a lot of the residents and other shop owners around here. Working in the 600023 area means we get a mix of everyone. We don’t have a big marketing budget. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back next time. The shop isn't huge, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of systems in for repair. We just move things around and make space. It’s a local business and we’re proud of that. We show up, do the repairs, and help our neighbors with their tech problems. It’s simple and it works for us and the people who live around Ayanavaram. We just take it day by day and try to keep everyone's systems running smoothly.
