Our office is down in Madurai, over at Pasupathi Nagar. We are at number 23 on Second Street, which is just off the P&T Nagar Main Road. It’s a good location for us. Madurai has a different pace than the bigger cities, and we enjoy that. We work on software. It’s mostly just us sitting around our desks with our laptops. We started Pcwt Softwares because we wanted to do things our own way. The office isn't large. It’s just enough room for the team and our gear. We have a few windows that look out onto the street. Sometimes we see the neighbors walking by or the delivery trucks. It feels like a real part of the community here. We don't use any complicated systems for how we run the place. We just talk to each other and get the work finished. No corporate manuals or strict dress codes here. People wear what they want and we drink a lot of tea. If you’re ever in 625017, you’ll find us there. It’s a straightforward life and a straightforward business. We just do what we know how to do best. It’s a quiet life in Madurai, and we wouldn’t have it any other way right now. We just keep building things and fixing bugs as they pop up.
