Our office is on Annal Gandhi Street in M. G. R Nagar, right at number 17/9. It is a typical Chennai street, so there is always something going on outside. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we fix things and manage the tech side of things. We have a lot of regular people who stop by. The humidity can be tough on the equipment, so we keep the fans going all day long. It gets pretty loud with the traffic sometimes, but you stop noticing it after the first hour or two. We have been at this address for a good while. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires running across the floor. We try to keep it tidy but when a big shipment comes in, things get cramped fast. Our neighbors are friendly enough. We aren't trying to be some high-end tech firm; we just handle the day-to-day repairs and installations. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the area well. It is a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because it doesn't help us do the job any better. If you need something looked at, we are usually there from morning until evening. It is a straightforward business. We just take the work as it comes and try to get it done right the first time without making a big fuss about the process.
