If you look for K. M. Impex, you’ll find us at No. 48 Mambalam High Road in T- Nagar. Anyone who has been to Chennai knows that T- Nagar is probably one of the busiest places you can be. Mambalam High Road is constantly filled with cars, buses, and people shopping for clothes or jewelry. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. We have a small space where we manage our import and export business. It can get pretty loud outside, but once you’re inside, we just focus on the files and the computer screens. We don't have any flashy signs or a big storefront. It’s a very basic office with just enough room for us to do our work. Most of the day involves talking to vendors and making sure the shipping documents are all in order. We usually have a lot of tea and coffee to keep us going through the afternoon rush. The location is great because everything is nearby, but the traffic can be a nightmare if you’re trying to get somewhere fast. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the street change quite a bit over the years. It’s a practical location for us, even if it’s a bit cramped at times. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we are just a local impex firm doing our daily business in a very busy neighborhood.
