Sree Subhadeepi Ayurvedalaya

Sree Subhadeepi Ayurvedalaya is situated at No. 12 A Radha Krishna Nivas. That’s in the L. I. C. Colony on 6th Cross Street. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty peaceful around here. The building looks like a house because it mostly is. We have a few rooms set aside for the Ayurveda work. You’ll usually smell oil and some herbs when you walk in. It’s not a clinical or cold environment. We have some wooden furniture and old posters on the walls. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the gate. The 6th Cross Street is narrow, so parking can be tricky if you have a big car. We start our day early with some cleaning and getting the oils ready. It’s a small operation. Just a couple of us doing the treatments and handling the medicines. We don't have a computer system for appointments; we just use a big diary. It works fine for us. People come here because they know we’ve been around for a long time. Radha Krishna Nivas is our home and our workplace. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just traditional work in a quiet colony. No big promises or flashy stuff. We just do the work and keep the place tidy. That has been our way of life for quite many years now.
