P.M.N. Speciality Clinic

If you’re looking for P.M.N. Speciality Clinic, you have to keep an eye out for the street numbers on Thirupachisewar Street. We’re at New 4, though some of the older maps still say Old 37. It’s one of those things about Ayanavaram that can be a bit confusing for folks who aren't from around here. The street stays pretty busy most of the day with people going about their business. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the building has seen a lot of people come and go. It’s not a very large space, so things can feel a bit crowded when we have a lot of visitors at once. We try to keep the chairs lined up and the desk organized, but it’s a working clinic and looks like one. There’s always a bit of dust from the road and the sound of horns honking outside, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just some old notices and the things we need for our daily work. Everyone here just does their job and talks to the neighbors when they drop by. It’s a straightforward kind of place where you know what to expect. We open up early in the morning and stay until the last person is taken care of. It’s just how we run things here on Thirupachisewar Street, nothing more and nothing less than that.
