Orbital Technologies

You can find us at No. 68 on Halls Road over in Egmore. It is an old part of the city with a lot of character, and Orbital Technologies fits right into the mix of businesses here. The building has been around for a while, and we’ve made ourselves at home on Halls Road. It’s pretty convenient because we are close to the station, which helps a lot when people are coming in from different parts of town. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of floors. Instead, we have a decent-sized office where everyone knows everyone else’s name. Sometimes the traffic outside gets pretty loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to head home, but we are used to the noise of Egmore by now. Inside, it is mostly just us staring at screens and trying to figure out technical problems. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no strict dress code or anything, just people coming in to do their jobs. We have a few cupboards full of old cables and parts that we probably should have cleared out years ago, but that’s just how it goes in a tech place. The tea stall around the corner is basically our unofficial canteen. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. No one here is trying to be anything we aren't, just a local team on a busy street. We just get on with it.
