Open Weaver India Private Limited

We are located at 41/97 on the 4th Main Road in Gandhinagar. It is a nice part of Adyar here in Chennai. Open Weaver India has been operating from this spot, and it is a good place to be. Adyar has a lot of history and a lot of trees, which makes the walk to the office pleasant. Our building is pretty standard for the area. Inside, it is all about the tech. We have people working on different platforms and coding all day long. It gets pretty quiet when everyone is focused, but we also have our moments where we are all talking at once trying to solve a tricky problem. We are not a giant firm with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team that cares about doing things correctly. We like being in this part of Tamil Nadu because it feels connected to the rest of the city without being in the middle of the absolute chaos of the main downtown area. Sometimes we grab food from the local shops nearby and just talk about stuff other than work. It keeps us sane. Working in software can be stressful, but being in a neighborhood like Gandhinagar helps. We just try to keep our heads down and produce good work. There are no fancy mission statements on our walls. We just have a calendar and some notes scribbled on a whiteboard. It is a real office for real work.
