Nuventis

Nuventis is located up on the second floor of the J Block in Sri Jayendra Colony. The specific address is 4/360, Flat C, right off the OMR in Kottivakkam. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot for us and we've settled in well. Being near the OMR means there’s always something happening outside and plenty of noise from the traffic. We spend a lot of our time in this office handling different projects. It’s not a massive space by any means, but we’ve made it work for the whole team. There are desks tucked into corners and usually some coffee mugs sitting around on every surface. We aren't the type of place that cares about fancy suits or big corporate presentations. We just focus on the work at hand and getting it done right. Kottivakkam is a busy area, and the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during the rush hour times. We’ve been at this colony for some time now. Most of the people in the other flats know us. We deal with a lot of digital stuff and coordination. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once or on the phone, but that’s just how we operate. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will just look up and say hi. It’s a casual environment.
