We are located at No. 726 on 28th Street in the TNHB area of Korattur. Notepad Elite Technologies LLP is a small outfit, and we like keeping things that way. Korattur is a decent place to work because it’s not as chaotic as the center of Chennai. Our office is basically a few rooms where we’ve set up our workstations. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which helps keep the stress levels down. We don’t have fancy glass walls or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just whiteboards covered in scribbles and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We spend our days writing code and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a lot of trial and error. We aren't a high-pressure environment. Everyone knows what they need to do, and we just get on with it. Sometimes we stay late when we’re in the middle of something interesting, but usually, we head out at a normal time. We’ve been in this TNHB spot for a while and the neighbors are all used to us by now. It’s a quiet life here. We aren't chasing some big corporate dream. We just want to do good work and provide for ourselves. It’s simple and honest, which is exactly how we like it. The local shops around the street are where we usually get our lunch most afternoons.
