We’ve been operating out of this spot in Chennai for several years now. It’s a decent area with plenty of trees, which makes the walk to the office a bit better in the summer heat. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. We are a small team that works on various software and tech projects. Our space is filled with monitors and coffee mugs. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. We just focus on solving the problems our clients bring to us. Some days are quieter than others. We like the pace of working here. It’s not as chaotic as the main city center, but it’s still connected to everything we need. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our time is spent just looking at code or talking through a project plan. We’ve had people stay with us for a long time because it’s a relaxed place to work.
