Nextgenee Software Technologies Private Limited is situated at D No. 11, Kamarajar High Road in Old Perungalathur. This part of the city has its own rhythm. Being on the High Road means we see a lot of the local life passing by every single day. We are a software company, but we don't act like those giant ones you see in movies. Our office is a simple place where we write code and talk about how to fix bugs. The name Nextgenee was something we came up with to sound a bit modern, but we are pretty old-fashioned when it comes to how we run the place. We just focus on showing up on time and doing what we said we would do. Old Perungalathur is a good place to be based. It’s not as chaotic as the very center of the city, but it’s still got everything we need. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in this climate. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where most of the ideas happen. We aren't trying to change the whole world; we just want to make software that actually works for the people who use it. It is a lot of typing and a lot of testing. That is the reality of it. We just keep plugging away at it every day, making sure the code is right.
