We have been running this shop in Kasi Arcade for several years now. It’s situated on the fifth floor at Shop Number 5, which is right in the middle of the Pondy Bazaar rush. If you know T Nagar, you know how busy Sir Thiyagaraya Road gets every single day. We spend most of our time here fixing computers and dealing with various tech issues that people bring to us. It is not a very big place, just enough room for our workbenches and all the parts we have to keep in stock. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up waiting along with our customers. We don't have a fancy front desk or anyone in a suit greeting you. It is just us in our work clothes trying to get through the pile of repairs. Usually, there are cables everywhere and a few laptops disassembled on the tables. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by, even if the noise from the street never really stops. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work in the other shops in the arcade. We just try to be honest about how long a fix will take. Some days are more productive than others, but that is just how it goes when you are working with electronics. We don't do anything flashy here. It is just a regular local business doing what we know how to do for the people around us.
