Needion Solutions Private Limited

Our office is at 85, Sholinghur Road, right across from the HDFC bank. It’s a handy landmark for people trying to find us. Needion Solutions is a small operation, mostly just a handful of us working on various tech and business solutions. The building isn't new, so it has its share of character, and maybe a few things that need fixing. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. When you walk in, you just see us at our desks. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and help others with their technical needs. It’s been quite a journey so far, with plenty of ups and downs. Some weeks we are incredibly busy and the office is a mess of papers and coffee cups. Other weeks are quieter and we finally get around to cleaning up. We don't really do the whole marketing thing where we pretend to be something we aren't. We’re just a local business trying to make things work. We talk to our customers like they’re neighbors, because often they are. We don't have a corporate handbook; we just use common sense and try to be fair. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being on Sholinghur Road, it’s a good spot with everything we need nearby. We just keep plugging away, trying to do a bit better each day than we did the day before.
