Navkar Computers

Navkar Computers is on Narasingapuram Street, which is a really busy spot for electronics in this city. We are in K.A.J. Plaza at number 7. The stairs are a bit narrow and they can get crowded when people are moving boxes up and down. We spend most of our time just handling whatever comes through the door, usually broken screens or slow laptops from people working in the offices nearby. Mount Road is always loud outside with all the traffic, but once you get inside the plaza, it’s a little quieter. Our shop is full of shelves with parts and cardboard boxes piled in the corners. It’s honestly not the neatest place you’ll ever see. My brother and I started this business because we just liked fixing things. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. There are just a few desks and some stools if someone wants to wait while we look at their machine. Sometimes the lights flicker when the street is really busy outside. We try to get things done quickly because we know people need their computers back for their own work. If it’s a big problem, it might take us a day or two. We drink a lot of tea while we sit at the workbenches. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved here. There are more shops now and the traffic is worse, but we like the energy. We just keep working.
