Navina Ayurveda Clinic

Navina Ayurveda Clinic is tucked away on 21st Street in Nangaur. We are in the Nithya flats building, specifically at number 9. It is a quiet enough street in Chennai, which fits what we do here. People come to us when they want to try the traditional Ayurvedic way of handling their health. We have been at this location for some time now. The clinic isn't very large, but we have enough room for the consultations and the different treatments we offer. Some people walk over from the nearby houses, while others drive in from different parts of the city. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle on 21st Street sometimes, but people usually manage to find a spot. Inside, it often smells like herbs and oils, which is expected for an Ayurveda place. We don't have a big corporate team; it is just us working here every day. We try to listen to what is bothering people and see how the old methods can help them out. It is a simple operation. We open the doors early and stay until the last person is taken care of. Chennai gets very hot, but we keep the clinic comfortable for everyone. We know most of our regular patients by name. It feels like a small family business. We just want to keep helping folks feel a bit more balanced using what we know about herbs and traditional care.
