Nataraj Guru Clinic

Nataraj Guru Clinic is located at 5/47 BK Colony in the Vadapalani area of Chennai. We are situated right at the back side of the Vadapalani Maruda Temple. Living and working so close to the temple means we hear the bells and the music throughout the day, which gives the place a very specific feel. The clinic is a small building that blends in with the houses in BK Colony. It’s a bit away from the main road, so it’s quieter here than in other parts of Vadapalani. Inside, we have a few small rooms and a waiting area with some older wooden chairs. The ceiling fans are almost always on because of the heat in Chennai. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a high-tech lobby. Everything is very simple and functional. The records are kept in a ledger on the main desk. Most of our patients are people from the colony who have been coming here for years. It’s the kind of place where people stop to talk for a bit before they leave. We have a few trees outside the door that help keep the entrance a bit cooler. It’s a humble local clinic that doesn't feel like a big institution. We just do our daily work in this quiet corner of Vadapalani, right behind the temple where everyone can find us.
