Based in Tamilnadu, we have been working across the state for a good number of years. Being a limited company sounds a bit formal, but at the end of the day, we are just a bunch of people doing our jobs. The work takes us to different sites and locations, so we aren't always stuck in one office. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting and big projects that require a lot of coordination. It’s not always easy, and there are days when things don't go according to plan, but we just figure it out as we go. Big speeches or polished presentations aren't our style. We prefer to just let the work speak for itself once it is finished. The sun can be pretty brutal when we are out on a site, so everyone stays hydrated and tries to get the hardest tasks done early in the day. We’ve grown a bit over time, but keeping that feeling of a local team is important to us. There’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the field, and our phones are usually ringing off the hook. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand, making sure the projects get finished so we can move on to the next one. It can be a long day, but we've got a good group here who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty and staying until the job is done right. We just keep going.
