We are located at Shop No. 27 in Kollapuri Nagar, Moolakothalam, which is in the Washermanpet area. It’s a real hub of activity around here. There are shops everywhere and people are always moving. Our shop is small, just one room really, but we manage to do a lot of import and export business from it. Washermanpet is known for being a place where things happen. We’ve been in Kollapuri Nagar for a good while. The street can be very crowded, so getting goods in and out takes some planning. We usually try to do it early in the morning before the crowds get too thick. We handle all kinds of items. It’s mostly just paperwork and coordination. We don't have a big staff, just me and a couple of others. We know most of the other shop owners around here. We help each other out when we can. It’s not a fancy life, but it keeps us fed. We don't use any big words or marketing tricks. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes the heat in the shop is a bit much, but we have a fan. We just keep working through the day until it’s time to close up and go home. That's pretty much how it goes for us every day in this neighborhood.
