My Property Boutique

Our office for My Property Boutique is at No 40 Sp Info City, Block A on the ground floor. Being in Perungudi on MGR Salai means we are right in the middle of all the IT parks and the constant buzz of the city. We see a lot of people walking by every day, mostly tech workers heading to their offices. Our space on the ground floor is convenient for people to just drop in and ask about rentals or property management. It’s not a very large office, but it’s enough for our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time on our phones and looking at listings. Dealing with real estate in Perungudi can be a bit frantic because things move so fast. One day a place is available, and the next day it’s gone. We don't try to act like a big corporate firm. We're just a small group that knows the local streets and the buildings around here. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or the traffic on MGR Salai makes us late for a viewing, but we do our best to keep things moving. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we know about the properties and try to help them find what they need. It’s a busy, practical life here in the Info City block, and we are just happy to be a part of it.
