Motor

Our place is over at Flat No.6 on the second floor of the building on 2nd Cross Street. West C.I.T. Nagar is a busy little area, and finding a spot for the office wasn't the easiest thing, but we’ve made this space work for Motor. You have to walk up the stairs since it's on the second floor, and it’s a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it. The room isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the paperwork we need to keep track of everything. We mostly handle things over the phone or on the computer, though people do drop in from time to time. The street outside can get quite crowded with traffic and people walking to the local shops, so it’s never really quiet during the day. We’ve got some old furniture that’s seen better days, but it’s sturdy enough for what we do. Sometimes the tea man comes around and we take a quick break, which is usually the highlight of the afternoon. It’s just a small team here, keeping things moving along. Working out of a flat gives it a bit of a different feel than a big glass building, more like a home that turned into a workspace. We know the neighbors and the people downstairs, so it feels like a real community. Nothing too formal happens here, just the usual daily tasks and making sure we stay on top of the schedule. It's simple but it works for us.
