Ashoka Cars

Ashoka Cars is located at No 7 in the Plaza Centre. It’s right on the ground floor, which makes it easy for folks to find us without having to wander around too much. We are at No 129, G N Chetty Street, near Greames Road. If you know the area, you know it’s a place that’s always on the move. There is a lot of traffic on G N Chetty Street pretty much all day long. We spend a lot of time looking out at the cars going by while we work on the ones inside. The Plaza Centre is a familiar landmark for a lot of people around here. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We mostly deal with the day-to-day business of handling cars and talking to people who come in off the street. It’s not a very glamorous job, and the air can get a bit thick with exhaust fumes from the road outside, but we’re used to it. We just try to keep things simple. When someone walks in, we have a chat, look at what they need, and go from there. There’s no big corporate manual we follow or anything like that. It’s just us, the cars, and the street outside. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but that’s just part of the deal when you run a shop like this in a busy city.
