Microsoft Connect

Microsoft Connect is located at No 72 on Medavakkam Tank Road in Kilpauk. If you are familiar with this part of the city, we are quite close to the Kellys Corner intersection. It is a busy part of Chennai with a lot of shops and people always moving around. Our place is where we handle various tech-related things for the locals. It is not a huge showroom or a fancy retail store. Inside, you will find some computers, various cables lying around, and probably a few pieces of hardware waiting for someone to look at them. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment tucked away in the corners. We deal with people who have issues with their systems or those who just need help getting connected to the internet. The noise from the traffic on Medavakkam Tank Road is something we have just gotten used to over the years. It is a practical shop. We don't have fancy lighting or a big reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever happens to be free at the moment. Sometimes we are busy fixing a laptop or setting up a new router, so it might take a minute to get our attention. We have been in Kilpauk for a while and we know the local crowd well. It is just about solving the technical problems that people bring in to us. There is no corporate talk here.
