Mercy It Corporate Private Limited is based at No.55/113 on Strahans Road in the Otteri area of Pattalam. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic outside can be quite loud during the morning rush. We’ve got a decent sized space here where we handle various IT tasks for our clients. The building is a bit older, so the walls are thick, which helps keep the noise down once you’re inside. We aren’t a giant corporation despite the name, just a group of people who know how to handle tech issues. We’ve been working out of this spot for a few years now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s always someone coming or going from the office, whether it’s a delivery person or one of us heading out for coffee. We keep things pretty informal here. You won't find anyone in a suit and tie, just regular clothes and a lot of focus on the computer screens. Sometimes we have to move the desks around to make room for new equipment, but we make it work. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but it makes for a good atmosphere. We just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks and making sure everything is working the way it should for the people who rely on our help.
