Mercry Systems

Our office at 31A Highways Road is pretty easy to spot if you’re driving through Chidambaram. Mercry Systems has been sitting here on the main road for quite a while. It gets pretty noisy with the buses and trucks passing by all day, but we’ve gotten used to the sound. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on various systems and keeping things running. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop feel where things actually get done. Some days the heat in Tamil Nadu gets to be a lot, but we just keep the fans going and get on with our work. We’ve lived in this area most of our lives. We know the people and the way things work around here. We aren't interested in being some global corporation. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. Sometimes customers come in with questions and we just talk to them like normal people. No scripts or sales talk. We’ve got spare parts and tools scattered around the back room. It might look cluttered to someone else, but it’s organized in our own way. We take pride in the fact that people know they can just stop by if they have a problem. It’s a practical business for a practical town. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is needed.
