Megellan Software Private Limited

Our office for Megellan Software Private Limited is actually inside Vishrams Oasis, specifically in Flat No. F04 within Wing-5. It’s located on Neralamman Koil Street out in Thalambur. Since we are in an apartment complex, it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. We like that. The 603103 area is technically Chennai-Kancheepuram, so it’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s a good place to focus. We spend our hours writing software and trying to fix bugs that shouldn’t be there but always seem to find a way in. There is a lot of back and forth between the team members. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a person in a suit greeting you. You just come to the flat and find us working. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of equipment around, but we make it work. The street outside is usually okay, though the koil nearby keeps things interesting. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to write good software and get through the week. It’s mostly just a group of people who know their way around a keyboard. We’ve got our little corner in Wing-5 and that’s where all the work happens. It’s quiet enough for us to think, which is really what we need most of the time when we are deep in code. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
