Mediasoft

If you are looking for Mediasoft, we are at No 64 on Valluvar Kottam High Road in Nungambakkam. A good landmark is the Velu Military Hotel right next door. You can usually smell the food from their kitchen in the afternoons, which makes us all pretty hungry. Our shop is a modest setup. We have a front area for customers and a back area where we do most of the technical work. The shelves are mostly full of spare parts and random cables we’ve collected over time. It’s a high-traffic area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street outside. We have a couple of old chairs for people to sit on while they wait. The floor is just plain tile and we try to sweep it every morning. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how things work. Most of our day is spent handling whatever walk-in business comes our way. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't really help us do our jobs better. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone rings too much, but we deal with it. It’s a local business through and through. We know the other shop owners on the block and we all look out for each other. It feels like a community here.
