Even though the name says Matrix Solution (P) Ltd, Bangalore, we are actually operating out of Chennai these days. You can find us at Number 7 on 8th Cross Street in Rajalakshmi Nagar, which is in the Velachery area. Velachery has grown a lot over the years, and it’s a very busy part of Chennai now. Our office is on a street that gets quite a bit of local foot traffic. It’s a multi-story setup where we have our desks and equipment spread out. The 8th Cross Street is a bit of a landmark for us, and we’ve been here long enough that all the local delivery guys know exactly where we are. We don’t go in for any of that corporate polish you see in the big IT parks. Our office is a bit messy, with lots of hardware and notebooks lying around. We handle solutions for various clients, which basically means we spend our day solving problems and fixing things that aren't working right. It’s a busy environment and the air conditioning is usually running full blast because of the Chennai heat. We have a small crew and we all just pitch in wherever we’re needed. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we stay on top of the work coming in from our clients, even when the deadlines start getting a bit tight for us to handle.
