Massive Kollektiv Technologies Llp is based right in the middle of Nungambakkam, on 2nd Street in Subba Rao Avenue. If you know Chennai, you know how busy this area gets. Our office is at 6A, a regular building that doesn't stand out much. The street outside is usually lined with scooters and cars, making it hard to walk sometimes. Inside, we have a basic setup where we handle all our technology work. It’s mostly software and digital stuff that keeps us busy from morning until evening. The office isn't very big, so we end up talking over each other a lot. The air conditioning is always running because the Chennai heat is no joke, especially in this part of town. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It’s just us, a group of people who live nearby and show up to do our jobs. There’s a tea shop around the corner where we spend most of our break time. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in glass rooms. We just sit at our desks and try to finish our tasks. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, and we just use that time to catch up on office gossip. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We've been at this Subba Rao Avenue address for a few years now and it feels like a second home to us.
