We are surrounded by trees and fields, which is exactly how we like it. We started this company because we wanted to work in our own town instead of moving to a big city. The office is a simple place that we set up ourselves. We have a few desks, some chairs, and our computers. It’s not a corporate environment. There are no fancy meetings or dress codes here. We mostly wear casual clothes and just get on with our tasks. The pace of life is a bit slower here, but we still work hard. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. We do a mix of different projects depending on what comes our way. Our team is small and we are all local people. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just want to run a decent business and support our families. It’s quiet and peaceful, which helps when you need to think. If you come by, you won't see any glass buildings, just a regular place where people are working. It’s a very grounded and simple way of life for us here in Sathyamangalam.
