Our office is tucked away on Rajeswari Street in Santosh Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of Kandanchavadi, and if you know this part of Chennai, you know the traffic can get a bit much during rush hour. We are at number 41. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We’ve got a few rooms filled with desks and a small area where we keep the kettle for making tea. It’s not the biggest place, but it works for what we need to do. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’ve been so busy with IT work that nobody has really bothered to bring it up. Most of the staff comes in around nine, and we usually stay until the work is finished, which sometimes means late evenings. You can hear the sounds of the street from the front window, which keeps things from feeling too quiet. We have some storage cabinets for old hardware and a few plants that someone brought in to try and make the place look a bit more lively. It’s a very hands-on environment here, and we don't spend much time on formalities. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep things organized. The Santosh Nagar area is convenient because everything is close by, even if the street itself gets a bit crowded with parked scooters in the afternoons. It’s just a regular local business setup where we keep our heads down.
