You can find Mannit Innovations Private Limited at Plot No. 63 in Thomas Nagar. We are in the Ullagaram area, which falls under Kanchipuram district but is basically part of the Chennai sprawl. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you’re coming from the city center. Our office is a plain building in a residential-looking street. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on various innovation projects. We have a small team of people who are good with their hands and their heads. It’s not a fancy place. We have a couple of old fans that make a bit of noise, and the furniture is just basic stuff we bought when we started. We do a lot of thinking and planning here. Some days are just spent arguing over how to fix a specific problem. We don't have a mission statement or any of that marketing stuff. We just want to make things that work well. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we get quite tired, but it’s our own business. The neighborhood is quiet, which helps us focus. If you drop by, you might find us sitting around a laptop trying to figure out a bug. It’s a very normal, practical environment. We just do what we do and try to stay busy every day of the week.
