Maikeffi Technologies (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is in Flat No S3 of the Vision Land Aiswaryam Apartments. We are tucked away in Sri Ambal Gajalakshmi Nagar in Chennai. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty quiet around here. Maikeffi Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is a one-person company, so it’s just me working out of the second floor. It’s not the kind of place you’d find if you weren't looking for it. There are no big neon signs or glass doors. Just a regular apartment door. Inside, I’ve got my computer setup and a lot of notebooks scattered around. I do tech work, mostly focused on software. It’s a simple life. I don't have to deal with long commutes or office politics. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them, but otherwise, it’s a good spot for thinking. I don't have a big marketing plan. I just take on projects as they come. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the hardware I have, but I manage. I’ve been doing this for a while now. I’m not trying to build an empire. I just like the work and the independence of running my own OPC. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes I get stuck on a problem for days, but that’s just part of the deal. I like the routine I've built here in Gajalakshmi Nagar.
