You can find us on North Fourth Street here in Pudukkottai. Our office at Maiden Infotech Ltd is at Ts. No: 1700, and it’s a pretty simple setup. We deal with computers and software, but we don't act like we are in some big IT park in a major city. We’re just local people who happen to know a lot about technology. The street outside can be quiet or loud depending on the time of day, but inside we are usually focused on a screen. Sometimes people from the neighborhood come in because their laptop won't start or they need help with some internet stuff. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a few of us who have lived here our whole lives. We started this because we saw that people in Pudukkottai needed a place where they could get honest help with their tech problems without being overcharged. The furniture is a bit old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the computers work fine and that’s what matters. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don't seem to make sense, which can be frustrating but also quite fun when you finally figure it out. It’s a good way to spend the day, and we like being the go-to spot on North Fourth Street for anyone who’s stuck with a computer issue or needs a repair.
