Madras Medical Mission Hospital

You can find us at Kunchirakattu House in Njayappilly, which is out in Kothamangalam. We are part of the Madras Medical Mission Hospital setup here in Ernakulam. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this specific part of the district, but people find us well enough. The building is practical. It’s meant for medical work, so it stays fairly clean and quiet. We have nurses and staff moving around all the time, trying to keep things moving. It isn't a massive city hospital with thousands of beds, but we stay busy with the local people who come in. The area around Njayappilly is quite green, which is nice when you look out the windows. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day, and sometimes the waiting area gets a bit full on Monday mornings. There’s no fancy coffee shop or anything like that here. Just a place where people come when they aren't feeling well or need a checkup. We keep the equipment in the back and the offices in the front. It’s a simple system that works for us. The floors are tiles that have been walked on a lot, but we keep them swept. If you need to find the place, just follow the main road through Kothamangalam and ask for the P.O. area. Most locals know where we are located. We try to keep everything running smoothly without making too much of a fuss about it. It’s just how we operate day to day.
