Vcatch Technologies is situated in Barath Nagar, which is part of the Madipakkam area. Madipakkam has changed a lot over the years, becoming quite a busy residential and commercial mix. Our office is in a quieter pocket within Barath Nagar, so it’s not as loud as being right on the main road. The workspace is simple and honest. We have a few rooms where the team sits and works on various tech projects. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s more like a converted house or a small commercial unit. We like it this way because it feels more comfortable and less stiff. Most of us live in the surrounding neighborhoods, so the commute isn't too bad unless it rains heavily and the streets flood a bit. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We spend our time mostly on our computers, and our meetings are usually just us talking over the desks. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks to get some fresh air. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't worry about sounding like a big company because we aren't one. We are just a group of people in Madipakkam who know our way around technology and work together every day.
