People always ask why we stayed here on Santhome High Road for so long. To be honest, it’s just where we’ve always been, right in the middle of everything in Mylapore. We handle a lot of different things at Loyal Impex Pvt. Ltd. mostly moving goods back and forth. It isn't always pretty or smooth like you see in some fancy office videos. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are just sitting there staring at piles of paperwork that need to be filed. The traffic outside is usually a mess so getting trucks in and out takes forever sometimes. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. We drink too much tea and talk about the heat when it gets bad in the afternoon. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and computers and some old chairs that have seen better days. We try to keep things organized but when you are dealing with shipping and stuff from all over, things get cluttered fast. We don’t really have a big fancy plan for the future or anything. We just come in every morning, check the orders, and try to get the work done before it gets too late. Sometimes we stay late because a shipment got delayed or the internet decided to stop working right when we needed to send an email. That's just how it goes for us.
