Lmteq Llp

We set up our office at 177, 1st Main Road in Nehru Nagar, which is part of the Kottivakam area. It’s a pretty decent location for a business like ours. We aren’t right in the middle of a shopping district, so it stays a bit more professional but still feels like a real neighborhood. The building is easy to find once you get onto the main road. Lmteq Llp has been running out of this space for a while now, and we’ve grown quite fond of the area. It’s got a good mix of other small businesses and houses. Our office isn't one of those high-tech glass boxes you see in movies. It’s just a regular building with enough room for our team to work comfortably. We have our computers, a table for meetings, and a small pantry for when we need a break. Most of our days are spent working through whatever projects come our way. We don't really have a front desk person, so if someone drops by, one of us just gets up to say hello. It’s a very informal environment, which helps us stay focused on the actual work instead of office politics. We find that being in Kottivakam gives us a good balance. It’s easy enough for people to reach us, but we aren't stuck in the worst of the city traffic every single day. It just works for us. We're happy to stay here and keep doing our thing.
