Lentera Technologies Private Limited

Lentera Technologies is based in Madipakkam, at Ram Nagar South. Specifically, we are in Flat Cb-G1 on the 3rd Main Road. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a sterile office building. We’ve set up our workspace across Plot 824 and 826. It’s a comfortable enough spot to spend the day. We have our desks, a small break area, and a lot of whiteboards that are always full of notes. The team is pretty tight-knit since we’ve been working together in this small space for a while. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should be done, as long as the work gets finished on time. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone is talking at once, but we usually manage to stay organized. Being in Madipakkam is nice because it’s a real neighborhood with regular people. We aren't isolated in some high-rise. We see the same people walking their dogs every day, and it makes the workday feel more normal. We don't have a fancy mission or a list of corporate values. We just want to provide the tech services our clients need and keep the business going. It’s a straightforward approach, and it’s worked well for us so far. We just do the best we can with the projects we have.
