Our office is located at No. 77, on the 1st Cross Street of Rajalakshmi Nagar. It’s technically in the Saidapet area of Chennai, though the Kanchipuram district border is nearby. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not too loud during the middle of the day. We’ve got a small team at Lavtech Services Llp. Most of us have been working together for a bit. We don’t have a big HR department or any of those corporate layers. It’s just a few rooms where we handle all the service requests that come in. The building itself is a bit older, but it stays cool enough with the fans running. We spend most of our time on the phones or at our screens. It's a very normal, low-key office environment. Sometimes we have a bit of a chat over tea, but usually, it's pretty quiet while we work. We don't use any fancy software to track our every move; we just trust each other to get things done. The neighborhood is nice, with a few trees and people walking their dogs in the evening when we leave. It’s a good change from the more crowded parts of Chennai. We’ve found a way to make it work here at Lavtech Services Llp without any fuss. No one here wears a suit or tie. It’s mostly just casual clothes and practical shoes. We focus on the daily tasks and try to make sure nothing gets missed. It’s a simple way to live.
