Lavinz Infro Projects Pvt. Ltd. is located at No: 115 on the first floor. We are on Justice V Ramasamy Road, which is part of Kamaraj Avenue 2nd Street in Adyar. Adyar is a busy place, and our street is no exception. Being on the first floor means we can see what’s happening on the sidewalk, which is usually a lot of people walking by or parking their scooters. The office itself is functional. We have the usual desks, some filing cabinets, and a table for meetings. It can get quite warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We do a lot of project work, so there are usually stacks of papers and blueprints everywhere. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working office. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the other shops and businesses on Kamaraj Avenue. Sometimes it’s hard to find the building if you’re not looking closely, but we like it that way. It’s quiet enough to get things done. We spend our time managing different project phases and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of coordination. There isn't much fluff to what we do. We just come in, check the schedules, and try to keep everything moving forward. That’s the daily life here at Lavinz Infro Projects. It's just a job we do every day without much fuss.
