Lastbenchcoders Tech Solutions Private Limited is our place at No 111 on Yamunai Street. We are in Ram Nagar, 2nd Street, which is in North Pulithivakkam. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn’t feel like a typical business district. We chose the name because it reminded us of how we were in school, always sitting at the back. Now we have our own tech setup here. The office is basically a converted house. It’s got a very casual feel. We don't wear formal clothes and we don't have any big meetings. Most of the time, we’re just sitting around our desks writing code or fixing bugs for people. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We have a small kitchen where we make our own tea and sometimes cook a bit of lunch. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment lying around, but we don’t mind. We don't have any polished mission statements or slogans. We just like solving problems with technology. Sometimes we stay up late working on a project because we actually want to see it finished. It’s a small operation and we handle everything ourselves. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. It’s a simple, honest way to run a tech business in our part of town.
