If you miss the temple, you’ve gone too far. Lantech Systems I Pvt Ltd is a small operation, and we’ve been in this spot for several years now. Being in a port city like Tuticorin means there is always a bit of salt in the air, and it gets really warm in the summer months. Our office is pretty basic, just some desks, a lot of computer monitors, and a whole mess of cables tucked under the tables. We don't have any of that fancy modern furniture. It’s just a place where we come to work on systems and hardware. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules to get things done. We just know our jobs. We usually have our lunch together and talk about whatever is happening in the news or around town. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get serious when a project is due.
