Our team is based over at Block No:4 on the 2nd floor of the DLF IT Park. It is inside the SEZ Campus in Ramapuram. Coming here every morning involves a lot of traffic and security checks at the gate. The office is pretty much what you would expect from a big building. There are rows of cubicles and a lot of humming from the air conditioning. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and sitting in chairs that have seen better days. The 2nd floor is okay, though we don't have much of a view since we are surrounded by other blocks. It’s busy. You hear people talking on headsets and the sound of keyboards all day long. Lunch is usually a quick walk to the cafeteria or someone bringing food from home to eat at the desk. We are just a bunch of people trying to get through the task list. It isn't anything like the movies. It is mostly just steady work and making sure the files are updated. Sometimes the elevators take forever, so we take the stairs. The campus is huge, and it’s easy to get lost if you are new. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is assigned to us by the managers. The commute from the main road takes forever during the rush hour, so we mostly arrive early to beat the crowd.
