Kultivate India Software Private Limited is based out of Chennai, specifically in Ayanambakkam Village. Our address is a bit confusing because it’s Old No.85 but also New No.64 on Siva Padam Street in Ponniamman Nagar. It’s a quiet corner of the city, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. The office is a simple building that fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy lighting. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time coding and talking through software issues. The street outside is narrow, and you have to be careful when parking. We have a small area where we keep a stove for making tea in the afternoons. It’s not a high-tech hub with bean bags or game rooms; it’s just a place with desks and chairs where people work hard. The local area has a bit of a village feel still, even though it’s part of the bigger Chennai sprawl now. We like the pace here. It’s not as frantic as the main city centers. We get our work done, have our chats, and deal with the daily challenges of running a software place in a residential zone. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of doing things, and that suits us just fine. We just handle the code and let the rest of the world go by.
